Account Executive

**Job Title: Account Executive - Finance & Accounts**

**Location**: Perundurai, SIPCOT, Erode

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Minimum 2 years in accounting

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors, banks, and auditors as needed
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP systems)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
