Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Full Remote
Duration: Fulltime
**Requirements**:
- Match nurses and other healthcare professionals with new jobs across the country
- Coach people through the job search process
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, gaining knowledge and trust in the industry
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting process; submission packets, coordinating phone and in-person interviews, meeting all requirements needed to obtain offers for desired contract assignments.
- Excellent communication and follow through on all aspects of the recruitment cycle
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, healthcare industry setting strongly preferred
