Key Responsibilities:
PCB Assembly: Perform the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.

Soldering: Utilize soldering equipment and techniques to solder electronic components onto PCBs, ensuring the correct placement and alignment.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled PCBs to identify and rectify any soldering defects, such as solder bridges, cold joints, or misalignments.

Component Identification: Accurately identify and handle various electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and adheres to safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in electronics or soldering is a plus.
- Proven experience as a PCB Soldering Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and electronic components.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Familiarity with electronic assembly tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and inspection microscopes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
