**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **cutting, drilling, welding, and bending** of sheet metal components.
- Operate **manual and CNC machines** such as laser cutters, press brakes, and drilling machines.
- Read and interpret **engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders**.
- Use **MIG, TIG, and Arc welding** techniques for sheet metal fabrication.
- Perform **grinding, polishing, and finishing** of fabricated components.
- Conduct **quality checks** to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Follow **safety protocols and proper handling of tools and machinery**.
- Collaborate with design and production teams for **process improvements**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or a related field.
- **2+ years** of experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and drilling.
- Proficiency in **welding techniques** (MIG, TIG, Arc) and metal cutting.
- Experience using **hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines**.
- Strong understanding of **technical drawings and GD&T**.
- Ability to **work independently and in a team**.
- Knowledge of **industry safety standards**.
