**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

2. Enter, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems.

3. Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies or issues.

5. Prepare and compile reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

6. Ensure data security and confidentiality protocols are followed.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.

8. Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

9. Manage client data entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client information.

10. Schedule appointments and meetings with clients on behalf of the project team, coordinating availability and preferences.

11. Conduct tele-calling to follow up with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on project developments.

12. Coordinate with department heads (HODs) to obtain relevant details of residential projects for client communication and data entry.

13. Assist in organizing and preparing materials for client presentations and meetings.

14. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to execute strategies for client engagement and relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proficiency in tele-calling techniques and customer service.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with residential project details and terminology preferred.
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
