**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, pools, and grounds.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest maintenance requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential maintenance problems before they escalate.
- Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders to the maintenance team.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching and ensuring they follow safety protocols.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
- Manage a maintenance budget and track expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality maintenance or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹14,500.00 per month
