**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Listings**: Identify and list properties for sale or rent, including taking photographs, creating marketing materials, and preparing property descriptions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
- **Showings and Open Houses**: Arrange and conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers and renters.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- **Transaction Management**: Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- **Marketing**: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings, including online advertising, social media, and community events.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Licensing**: Valid real estate license in [State].
- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a track record of successful transactions.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
