**Responsibilities**:
As a **Graphic Designer**, you will:

- Create visually appealing designs for print, digital, and social media platforms, including websites, advertisements, brochures, logos, and more.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to design assets that align with the company’s brand identity and strategy.
- Develop creative concepts and visual elements for campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects from concept to completion.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and techniques.
- Provide creative direction and design support for various internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across multiple formats (digital, print, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of web design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

**Educational Background**
- **Higher Secondary (12th Grade)** or **Diploma** in Graphic Design or a related field.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and other multimedia content.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Certifications in design tools or design principles.
