**About Us**:
We are a premium footwear brand specializing in **handcrafted leather shoes and sandals** for men and women. Our collections blend **luxury, comfort, and contemporary design**, crafted with the finest materials and sustainable practices. We’re expanding our design team and looking for passionate footwear designers who understand both **style and function**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop new footwear collections based on market trends and brand direction.
- Create concept sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for sampling.
- Select suitable materials, colors, and finishes for different product lines.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams for sample making and finalization.
- Research global fashion trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards in terms of aesthetics, comfort, and quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Footwear Design or Footwear Technology** (FDDI, CFTI, NIFT, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials, pattern making, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW** for design visualization.
- A creative eye for detail with a strong sense of color, proportion, and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the production and merchandising teams.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
