Receiving projects from designing head

Planning of project & fixing completion date with Designing Head

Site visit and customer meeting

Maintaining healthy and good relationship with each client and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Maintain the list of basic parameters of designs and drawings which we are following. (height, width, hardware etc)

Allocation of task to Junior designers and drawing Head.

Developing the concepts (plan, elevation & interior) based on the client’s requirements, reference and budget.

Final checking of designs and drawings

Ensuring error free designs and drawings

Ensure the commitment has done with the clients as per the committed date.

Informing performance of subordinate to Designing Head

Pushing projects to estimation department with full clarity and detailed notes discussed with clients.

Prepare the project handover file. (with final, drawings, final designs, Final BOQ, and project note)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
