Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting, review various Agreements/ Contracts, Contracts as per business requirements.
- Preparation of brief for advocates as per guidance from management and various legal matters
- Maintaining records pertaining to Customer Agreements.
- Analyze & facilitate different issues, guidelines to enable & recommend statutory compliance guidelines as per state requirements.
- Monitor periodic compliance with RERA norms for the state.
- Litigation: represent the company at court(s) & co-ordinate with advocates as per business requirements
- Co-ordinate with legal team members at other branches as per business requirements.
- Preparation and Maintenance of various MIS Report wish observation, analysis, and observation
