**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with UI/UX principles.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design system, including typography, color schemes, and iconography.
- Optimize designs for performance and accessibility across various devices and screen sizes.
- Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the user experience continuously.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or **Sketch**.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as **InVision**, **Marvel**, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
- Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, A/B testing, and persona development.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to design.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
