**Job Title: Domestic (Indian) Customer Care Executive**
**Location: Jaipur, India**
**Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month**

We are seeking highly motivated **Customer Care Executives** for our domestic process team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support to our indian clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries via call, ensuring **quick and accurate responses**.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, accounts, and services, maintaining a **positive customer experience**.
- **Document** all interactions in the CRM system, escalating issues when needed.
- Meet **performance metrics** including response time and customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Good verb communication** in English.
- Experience in **customer service** is a plus.
- **Proactive problem-solving** skills with a focus on **customer satisfaction**.
- Ability to **multi-task** and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **CRM systems** and tools.
