- Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Job Description / Responsibilities Make telephone calls to prospects.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manner.
- Convincing Power.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Good at Computers.
