_**Job Description**_:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and **fresher/experienced** Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy procedures, ensure accurate data entry, and provide excellent patient care. In addition to standard phlebotomy duties, this unique role also includes broadcasting responsibilities to enhance patient experience and engagement.
- **Key Responsibilities**_:

- **Phlebotomy**:_

Perform venipuncture and skin puncture procedures on patients to collect blood samples for diagnostic purposes.
Label and store collected specimens appropriately to maintain sample integrity.
Adhere to aseptic techniques, infection control protocols, and safety regulations while performing phlebotomy procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized phlebotomy workspace.
- **Entries and Patient Handling**:_

Accurately record patient information, including demographic data and medical history.
Verify patient identity and ensure proper patient preparation before blood collection.
Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide emotional support as needed.
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and efficient patient care environment.
- **Broadcasting**:_

Utilize communication skills and empathy to engage with patients during the phlebotomy process.
Foster a positive and comfortable atmosphere for patients by explaining the procedure, answering questions, and offering reassurance.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and patient-centered experience.

Qualifications:

- 10+2, Phlebotomy Course, DMLT
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle patients with care and empathy.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Previous experience in phlebotomy and patient care is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 70 per week

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
