As a Marketing Fresher at Covooz, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, assisting in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and supporting various marketing initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals passionate about marketing to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of influencer marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including but not limited to influencer outreach, content creation, and campaign tracking.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to develop compelling content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and foster long-term partnerships.
- **Learning and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for marketing, social media, and influencer culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

**Extras**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience or internships in marketing or social media is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
