Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.

Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required.

Process payroll and ensure proper tax deductions.

Monitor financial transactions to detect and prevent discrepancies.

Provide financial reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

years of experience in accounting or finance.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
CA, CPA, or CMA certification is an advantage.

Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., real estate, construction, manufacturing].
