**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host and present live or recorded sessions, webinars, and events for AWG Careers.
- Engage with the audience confidently and maintain energy throughout the session.
- Coordinate with the content and production teams to prepare scripts and materials.
- Present company products, services, and initiatives effectively.
- Manage interviews, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with professionalism.
- Adapt to various formats, including promotional videos, corporate communication, and events.
- Represent AWG Careers at internal and external events as required.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Confident public speaking and on-camera presence.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative mindset.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of media and production processes (preferred but not mandatory).

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 year of experience.
- A degree in Mass Communication, Media, or any relevant field is a plus (but not mandatory).
