**Overview of Job **:As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales with 0-6 months of experience, your primary focus will be on learning the sales process and supporting basic sales activities. You'll be involved in generating leads, supporting client interactions, and developing a foundational understanding of IT sales and business development.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic lead generation and research to identify potential clients using simple tools and methods.
- Support senior team members in organizing and managing sales data.
- Participate in initial client interactions under supervision, helping with documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Learn to collaborate with internal teams to understand the sales cycle and client needs.
- Develop basic verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Observe and learn about industry trends and sales techniques from experienced team members.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of IT sales principles.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic online research techniques.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
