**Position: Creative Wedding Planner**

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, personalities, and vision for their wedding. Gather information about themes, colors, styles, and any special requests.

**Concept Development**: Develop innovative and original wedding concepts that align with the client's vision. Create mood boards, color palettes, and design proposals to present to clients.

**Design and Styling**: Curate a cohesive design for the wedding, including decor, floral arrangements, lighting, and other visual elements. Ensure that all design elements contribute to the overall theme and atmosphere.

**Vendor Collaboration**: Collaborate with a network of vendors, including florists, decorators, stationers, photographers, and caterers. Communicate the design concept and ensure that all vendors are aligned with the vision.

**Budget Management**: Work within the allocated budget to source and select appropriate decor, materials, and vendors. Provide clients with cost estimates and options for different elements.

**Logistics Planning**: Coordinate all logístical aspects of the wedding, including timelines, seating arrangements, transportation, and other operational details.

**Detail-Oriented Execution**: Oversee the execution of the design concept on the wedding day, ensuring that all elements are set up as planned. Address any last-minute adjustments or issues that arise.

**Personalization**: Incorporate personalized touches that reflect the couple's love story and personalities into the design and overall wedding experience.

**Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding trends, both in terms of design and logistics, to offer fresh and relevant ideas to clients.

**Problem Solving**: Anticipate and troubleshoot potential challenges throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Provide creative solutions to ensure a seamless and stress-free event.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a wedding planner, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and well-executed weddings.
- Proficiency in design software and tools for creating mood boards and design proposals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique ideas for different wedding themes.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends, styles, and best practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to various wedding styles and preferences.
- Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work well under pressure.
