- **Responsibility**_
- Focused heavily on Contract Staffing business targeting customers across Healthcare companies_
- Active client relationship management resulting in consistent repeat business Responsible for Account management and Delivery for the assigned accounts._
- Involved in Permanent Staffing, fixed term contract and contract to hire for Healthcare Industry._
- Generate more business from existing clients for account growth._
- Responsible for requirement Generation, maintaining and improving the relationship with Customers Business development, meeting the customer needs, fulfilling the requirements as per given deadline._
- Responsible for Handling clients, account management and client relationship management for contact staffing. Responsible in achieving the annual revenue target._
- Increase the Revenue, Headcount, & Margin among the assigned clients._
- Enhance client relationship & account penetration through regular client meetings and interactions._
- Proactively and aggressively work with clients to become their preferred partner and also to get exclusivity to fulfil their staffing needs._
- Have a consultative approach with the client while discussing on requirements so as to propose feasible and quick fulfilment plans._
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business._
- Cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities._
- Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the business network. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization._
- Understanding various Healthcare Recruitment and deliver as per the client’s needs_
- Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice Leaders/Principals. Responsible for P&L management also for end to end sales, revenue expansion, business plans, budgeting, And Cost structure,_
- Negotiation with the clients on the billing rates of selected c_

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
