**Sales Incharge**

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**: The FOS Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales for the company’s IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories. This is a field-based role that involves active client interaction, on-site visits, and relationship management to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct product demos and explain technical specifications to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, quotations, and delivery timelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and client records
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, or roadshows as needed

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in IT, Electronics, or Business)
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT industry
- Knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, and related hardware is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
