**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive Java training sessions to engineering graduates, covering both core and advanced topics.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and real-world projects.
- Teach fundamental Java concepts such as OOP, data types, control structures, exception handling, and collections framework.
- Introduce advanced topics like multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and basic Java frameworks (if applicable).
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and assessments to ensure practical understanding.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
- Assist students in building projects using Java to enhance their portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java programming and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming (Core and Advanced).
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

**Pay Scale**:

- **₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month** (based on experience and expertise).

**Duration**:

- **3 Months** (with potential for extension based on performance and requirements).
