**Commis chef - Continental**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the preparation and cooking of diverse dishes with precision, adhering to recipes while upholding elevated standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with senior chefs on intricate tasks, including grilling, sautéing, and plating.
- Monitor food stock levels, contributing to the seamless ordering process.
- Uphold a pristine and hygienic work station.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols rigorously.
- Foster effective teamwork, communicating transparently with colleagues.
- Cultivate a positive and professional demeanor.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or in a comparable role.
- Hold a certification in Food Safety and Sanitation or equivalent.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of culinary techniques and sanitation practices.
- Exhibit the ability to excel independently and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Showcase excellent time management and organizational prowess.
- Embrace a positive attitude coupled with a keen willingness to learn and grow.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
