1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Bike Mechanic

Reports to: RE M Maintenance

2. JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for performing duties to Bike and E-Bike Maintenance, PMS, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the delivery equipment in well condition in order to support the business.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators Maintenance Operation
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing Bike and E-Bike
- Performing the Preventive Maintenance of Bikes
- Resolving the complaint for Each Restaurants
- Respond quickly in the case of Emergency events
- Perform other Maintenance duties as per requirement
- Attending the Complaint Help Desk

Service Efficiency
- Achieving average resolution time. i.e. 48 Hrs.
- Achieving Preventive Maintenance schedule compliances i.e. 95% Governance
- 100% PM check sheet updation. Customer Complaint Handling Process Ensuring 100% Complaint Closure within TAT
- Complaint in a store less than twice per month
- Critical complaints should be less than twice per quarter Safety Incidents
- Ensure safety at work area
- 100 % GAP mitigation of all cross functional safety audits Zero bypass Drive A Performance Oriented Culture
- Discipline and no behaviour issue
- Nil unauthorised absenteeism Self-Development 1- System proficiency 2 - Training on new equipment 3- Able to work independently

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Qualification - 10+ 2, ITI- Motor Mechanic or Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience - 0-4 years’ experience in the specialise in Motor Workshops
