**Job Title**: Sales Assistant

**Location**: Adampakkam, Chennai.

**Experience**: 2-3 Years

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive** with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close deals by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the industry related to the company’s products or services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing markets.
