Product Delivery Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities,**
- Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle
- Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions
- Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- An interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis. Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 12 years’ experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
- You must have knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
- Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
- Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
