Graduate (Preferably BE Civil) with MBA with Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales. Preferably having experience in Cement Industry. Appointing Dealer. Ensure Sales Target Achievement. Good Communication Skills. Ready to Travel. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Appointing Dealer / TPC 2. Visiting ongoing / upcoming sites 3. Follow up with Dealers / TPCs for Order 4. Follow up with Customers for Order 5. Explaining our Policy to Dealers 6. Ensuring Dealers work as per Policy 7. Visit Competitor Dealers /TPCs and get Market Price and Other Update 8. Attend to Customer Complaint, if any. 9. Follow up & Collect Payment from Dealer / TPC, in case of delay. 10. Collect Order Enquiries from Dealers / TPCs with Site Address, Present Supply Details (Brand / Rate /Quantity etc) as per Price Policy. 11. Verify & Negotiate Enquiries Rates requested and Propose with justification (Competitor Invoice), if not as per Policy Rates. 12. Book Orders at Office and follow up and ensure timely dispatch with update to Dealer / TPC /Customer. 13. Ensure Purchase Orders from Direct Billing Customers. 14. Ensure Dealer / TPC Undertaking and Balance Confirmation on time. 15. Ensure timely Truck Receipt Acknowledgement. 16. Ensure timely requirement for New Customer / Dealer / TPC Code Opening Details, Form & Agreement. 17. Avoid Diversion. Timely inform with requisites, if any. KEY RESULT AREAS 1) Ensure Timely Maximum Orders as per Price Policy 2) Ensure Timely Recommendation with proper justification for Rate Approval below Price Policy. 3) Ensure Sales Target Achievement. 4) Ensure Timely TPC Undertaking & Balance Confirmations. 5) Ensure Timely & Correct Tour Report Data Feeding in SyncApp.
