**Job Title: Advertising Sales Executive**

**Location: Noida ,UP**

**Shift: Day shift**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising Sales Executive to join our advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities, as well as retail and sales experience.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement ATL and BTL marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, including print, television, radio, and digital media.
- Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1+years** of experience in ATL and BTL marketing, retail, and sales within the advertising industry.
- **Must have experience in OOH advertising sales.**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
