**Job Description -**
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- End to end client follow-up with all the leads generation.
- Maintaining all data of customer status on excel sheet.
- Send quotation and offer to our customers.
- Revert all the customers enquiry.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing

opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Share our new product with our old customer for convincing to buy
- Share customer complaint to our technician team.
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Overseeing sales order documentation.
- Need to handle inbound calls and outbound calls and target to generate

maximum leads for site visits.
- Data Management through CRM software.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of

service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Keeping up to date with products and our services. Skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Should have great communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
