Our partner is part of a large group company and have a game development team in Pune. They have been developing AAA level games from scratch for international clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Create environments/props in tight collaboration with Level Designers,
- Determine the objects and layout compositions required and adjust the work according to the story and the gameplay;
- Create 3D assets and textures in line with the project's artistic and technical direction;
- Integrate assets and textures produced in the game engine;
- Verify the quality of your work once imported into the game, and make improvements when necessary;
- Use artistic references to improve visuals;
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Experience in 3D modelling (high poly & low poly)

Experience with Maya, Substance Painter, Z-Brush, Photoshop etc.

Experience working on published **AAA games** is an advantage

Knowledge of real-time modeling techniques (shaders, PBR, normal, displacement etc.)

Understanding of the creation of modular systems, texture reuse, for optimal world building and asset creation

Strong knowledge of technical game art theory (texel density, polycount, optimization) and traditional art theory (function, form, shape, proportions, color, etc.)

Solid portfolio showing 3D art skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity
