**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Structural Draftsman** with proven experience in **Industrial Civil RCC and Steel Structures (2D Design & Detailing).** The role involves preparing and reviewing structural drawings and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables as per project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed **2D Drawings and Drafting work** for RCC and structural steel components as per engineering inputs.
- Develop **GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Reinforcement detailing, and layout plans** using AutoCAD or relevant software.
- Work closely with structural engineers and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of design requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards, naming conventions, and document control as per company procedures.
- Review and update drawings based on **redlines, site inputs, and client comments.**:

- Coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Piping, Electrical) to avoid clashes and ensure design consistency.
- Support preparation of **BOQ and material take-off** from drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant **codes, standards, and client specifications.**

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D drafting mandatory; 3D knowledge is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of **RCC detailing, steel structures, and standard drafting practices.**:

- Familiarity with IS codes and international standards (AS, BS, AISC) will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with engineers and project teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/ITI in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in **RCC & Steel Structure Detailing.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
