**Reporting to**: Communications Coordinator

**About the organization**:
Sangath is one of India's leading mental health research non-profit organization. It was founded in 1996 with its Head-quarters in Goa; major hubs in Delhi and Bhopal, and project sites in many parts of the country. Sangath's mission and expertise lies in developing and evaluating mental health interventions to be delivered through existing public systems. Its major thematic areas are: Perinatal depression, child development and disability; adolescent health; mental disorders; and ageing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Organizational Communications**
- Compile project data into cohesive reports and materials.
- Maintain a centralized database of communication content.
- Gather resources for newsletters, annual reports, and the website.
- Coordinate with project leads to collect updates, visuals, and stories.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

**Social Media & website Content Management**
- Develop and execute a social media posting schedule.
- Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Design content using Canva and maintain design assets.
- Update and manage website content on Wix.
- Optimize website content for user experience and SEO.

**Other Duties**:

- Support event promotion and documentation.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Communications Coordinator
- Degree in journalism, communication, social science or humanities
- 2-3 years of professional experience in communications
- 2 years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns, including production or quality control of video, audio and text-based content;
- Fluency in English & at least one Indian language, including the ability for clear and concise oral and written expression is a must;
- Skilled in using MS Office and basic design tools. Familiarity with popular design & management software tools
- Canva, Adobe, Wix, Hootsuite, Trello, Miro etc.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
