**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and intermediaries.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and promote insurance products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop customized insurance solutions based on clients’ requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or the insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage.
