**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the layout and setup requirements for machinery.

2. Assemble mechanical components or systems according to engineering specifications.

3. Install machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, or other necessary tools.

4. Inspect machinery parts for defects or wear, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

5. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.

6. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth installation or repair processes.

8. Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working with potentially hazardous equipment.

9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Proven experience or Fresher as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role within the industrial sector.

2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery assembly techniques, and troubleshooting methods.

3. Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

4. Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments effectively.

5. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to mechanical work.

6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

7. Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

8. Good communication skills in English or Their Mother tongue.

9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
