2. **Client & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Meet clients to understand needs, budgets, and lifestyle/business requirements.
- Present design ideas and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and government authorities.

3. **Technical & Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure designs comply with **local building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws**.
- Prepare documents for building approvals and permits.
- Incorporate sustainability, green building, and energy efficiency guidelines where needed.

4. **Project Management**
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
- Oversee construction to ensure it follows design specifications.
- Conduct site visits, resolve design/technical issues, and monitor progress.

5. **Innovation & Technology**
- Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modelling) software.
- Stay updated with new materials, technologies, and sustainable design trends.
