**Key Responsibilities**
- Define **data modeling standards, frameworks, and best practices**.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data models.
- Optimize **data pipelines, ETL processes, and storage solutions**.
- Ensure **data governance, security, and compliance** with organizational policies.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of data platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

**Required Skills**:

- 6-7 years of experience in **data architecture, data modeling, and database design**.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra)**.
- Hands-on experience with **data integration, ETL tools, and data pipelines**.
- Expertise in **cloud-based data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)**.
- Proficiency in **data warehousing, OLAP/OLTP concepts**, and **performance optimization**.
- Understanding of **data governance, metadata management, and security practices**.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with **Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)**.
- Exposure to **machine learning data pipelines**.
- Knowledge of **modern data architecture patterns (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Fabric)**.
