**Job Title: Massage Therapist**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform professional massage and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards.

2. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical histories and conditions to tailor massage sessions accordingly.

3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for clients.

4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including preparing and sanitizing massage rooms before and after each session.

5. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized home care exercises and stretches.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in massage therapy to enhance skills and knowledge.

7. Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

8. Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Valid state license for Massage Therapy.

2. Proven experience as a Massage Therapist.

3. Strong knowledge of various massage modalities and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to assess clients' needs and customize treatments accordingly.

6. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

7. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage treatments effectively.

8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
