**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Shooting & Editing**:

- Shoot and edit high-quality classroom videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Edit videos using **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, and other relevant software to ensure professional production quality.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, and subtitles to videos.
- Ensure optimized video formats for social media and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the faculty to capture engaging moments and content during classes.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design promotional graphics, banners, and thumbnails for social media using **Adobe Illustrator** and **Photoshop**.
- Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design creative assets for campaigns and online promotions.
- **Social Media Content**:

- Develop short, engaging video clips tailored for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with UPSC Guide's brand voice and appeals to UPSC aspirants.
- **Creative Direction**:

- Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and faculty to brainstorm fresh ideas for video and graphic content.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and graphic design to keep content relevant and modern.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **Photoshop**, and **Illustrator**.
- Experience in **shooting and editing videos** (preferably classroom or educational videos).
- Strong understanding of **video formats**, **aspect ratios**, and optimization for different platforms.
- Creativity in graphic design and video production, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience working in the education sector or with e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with UPSC or competitive exam content is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
