**Position: UI/UX Designer Faculty**

**Location: Mudaliarpet, Puducherry**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of **UI/UX Design**.
- Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on learning modules and projects that align with current industry standards.
- Guide students through real-world projects, case studies, and live assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and help them build impressive portfolios.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching approach.
- Provide insights on industry best practices and help students prepare for job interviews and freelancing opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- In-depth knowledge of design tools like **Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other prototyping tools.**:

- Strong understanding of **User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.**:

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to break down complex design concepts into simple, understandable lessons.
