**Job Overview**
- Upstream and Downstream Fermentation Production Process
- Monthly Production Batches Planning
- To achieve Production Targets
- Work Allocation to subordinates
- Stock Coordination

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan
- In-Process sampling and coordination with respective laboratories for results.
- Assisting shift incharge for Production activities in Shifts
- Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner
- Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production delays
- Arrange requisite resources for planned tasks and targets for the day
- Supervising proper housekeeping of Production area
