**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive music lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach a range of music topics including music theory, history, composition, and performance.
- Provide instruction in various musical instruments and vocal techniques, tailored to the needs and interests of students.
- **Student Performance & Development**:

- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop their musical talents and skills.
- Organize and lead student performances, concerts, and recitals, showcasing students’ progress and achievements.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students to help them reach their musical potential.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity and respect.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain order and ensure a productive learning experience.
- Address and resolve any classroom issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- **Program Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enrichment of the school’s music program, including curriculum design, extracurricular activities, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in arts and music department meetings to align instructional practices and program goals.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, performances, and music program updates.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with developments in music education and industry trends.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and musical knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in music education preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience teaching music at the elementary or secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or vocal techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
