- **Curriculum development**: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and effectively teach core concepts.
- **Assessment and evaluation**: Create and grade assignments, exams, and other work to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Student support**: Offer academic guidance and support to students, help them with problem-solving, and facilitate classroom discussions.
- **Professional development**: Stay updated on the latest developments in commerce and education, and participate in professional development activities.
- **Classroom management**: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- **Administration**: Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required information.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student academic growth and development.

Skills and qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commerce-related fields such as accounting, finance, and economics.
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teaching and collaborating with others.
- Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively.
- Experience in the relevant industry or field can be a plus for certain roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
