We’re inviting passionate Psychology students and graduates to join our team as Intern Counsellors. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational psychology, career guidance, and assessment techniques including our globally patented DMIT test.

**Role: Psychology Intern (Career Counsellor Intern)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior counsellors in conducting career guidance sessions for students.
- Support and learn how to conduct DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) and psychometric assessments.
- Help in interpreting test results and preparing detailed career reports.
- Research academic and career options to guide students effectively.
- Assist in school workshops and seminars related to career planning.
- Manage counselling session data and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain follow-up communication with students, parents, and educators.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for student development.
- Basic knowledge of career counselling and psychological testing.
- Interest in DMIT and modern assessment tools.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful work.
