**Job Title: Videographer, Video Editor (Interior & Exterior), and Social Media Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Interior and Exterior Videography

Capture high-quality video content that highlights interior and exterior design projects, including architectural details, layout features, and design aesthetics.
Work with the design and marketing teams to plan video shoots that align with the project’s vision and branding.
Set up and use lighting, sound, and stabilization equipment for the best possible video quality in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Video Editing (Interior & Exterior Focus)

Edit raw footage into polished videos that showcase interior and exterior spaces effectively and beautifully.
Use color grading, lighting adjustments, and transitions to enhance visual appeal and bring out design details.
Create both short-form (e.g., reels, teasers) and longer-format videos for different platforms, ensuring each video meets platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.
**Social Media Management**

Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement, following, and brand recognition.
Regularly post video and other multimedia content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build a strong online community and positive brand experience.
Content Planning and Scheduling

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and project timelines.
Brainstorm and create new ideas for video content, focusing on the latest trends in interior and exterior design presentation.
Use social media scheduling tools to plan and coordinate content across platforms for consistent updates.
**Brand Storytelling & Strategy**

Use visual storytelling techniques to convey the quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our interior and exterior projects.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all video and social media content.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video reach and engagement based on emerging trends and insights.
**Analytics and Reporting**

Track and analyze the performance of video content and social media engagement, producing reports for management review.
Use insights from analytics to optimize future content and strategies, adapting to platform algorithms and audience preferences.
Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain effective engagement.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in videography, video editing with a focus on interior and exterior spaces, and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and content optimization techniques.
Ability to visually convey design and architecture concepts through video, with an understanding of lighting, composition, and sound for indoor and outdoor shoots.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics tools.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
Knowledge of SEO and video SEO techniques.
Experience in photography and graphic design.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with occasional travel to project sites for video shoots.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
