**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
- Draft communications on behalf of the executive for his review.
- Schedule departmental meetings
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing system
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
- Preparation of documents and reports using MS office tools.
- Assist in preparation of charts and reports in analysis and visualization tools as and when directed by the executive.

**Qualifications**:
Graduation in any domain.

Experience of 0 to 2 years.
