Primary Responsibility:
Coordinating with Business Head and preparing the Manpower planning in the assigned
region.Identifying the manpower GAPs and recruiting as per the hiring TAT.Identifying cost effective means of sourcing in the regionConducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with Business Head for final
Selection process.
Responsible for managing the performance of the employees in the region.Coordinating with business stake holders within the region on various HR related issuesof the workforce
Talent Development:
Responsible for inducting the new joiners in given timelines.Identifying the training needs and coordinating for Training roll outs.Facilitating need-based refresher training sessions products & processes.
Talent Management:
Coordinating with Business Head and CHR for Transfers, Promotions as per the Business requirements.Identifying and managing the best talent in the region.Identifying the non-performers and preparing action plan as per Business Head and CHR.Attrition control within the region by co-ordination with the employees
Other Responsibilities:
Grievance handling in assigned region.Responsible for rolling out of new initiatives in the assigned region.Need to conduct employee engagement activities in the region.Responsible for coordinating monthly HR Meetings in the branches.
Skill Requirements:
Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment.Should have knowledge on HR Practices & Statutory CompliancesExcellent Communication and presentation skills.Ability to learn new things in a short span of time.
Excellent Interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
