**Job Location**:Behala, Kolkata
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Stock Market Trader to join our dynamic team in KOLKATA.
- As a Stock Market Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability while managing risk.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and news events to identify trading opportunities and risks.

3. Develop and implement trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, derivatives, and commodities.

4. Analyze market data and utilize technical analysis tools to make informed trading decisions.

5. Manage risk exposure by setting appropriate stop-loss levels and position sizes.

6. Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

7. Collaborate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and other team members to optimize trading performance and generate alpha.

8. Provide timely updates and reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and market developments.

9. Continuously evaluate and refine trading strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.

10. Foster relationships with brokerage firms, exchanges, and other market participants to access liquidity and optimize execution quality.

**Qualifications**

1. NISM Series XVI: Commodity Derivatives Certification Examination.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Stock Market Trader with a reputable brokerage firm or financial institution.

3. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and risk management techniques.

4. Proficiency in technical analysis tools, trading platforms, and market data systems.

5. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets.

6. Proven track record of generating consistent returns and managing risk in various market conditions.
