- **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- **Brand Promotion & Awareness**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- **Sales Support & Lead Generation**:

- Assist the sales team by generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and understand their requirements.
- **Marketing Collateral & Communication**:

- Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and product updates.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding and messaging.
- **Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign analysis and business goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as needed for marketing and business development activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in offline marketing, event management, and brand promotion.
- Prior experience in handling B2B or B2C marketing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
