Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
- Ensure stock is properly stored, labeled, and accounted for.
- Regularly update inventory records in management systems.
- Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly stock checks.
- Ensure incoming stock is inspected for quality and quantity.
- Oversee the arrangement of goods in the warehouse or storage area.
- Implement stock rotation techniques (e.g., FIFO - First In, First Out).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage environment.
- Implement measures to reduce stock losses due to theft, damage, or wastage.
- Identify and address discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare inventory reports, including stock usage, shortages, and overstock.
- Document all stock movements and update the system promptly.
- Provide insights to management for better inventory planning
- Assign tasks such as stock counting, labeling, and organizing.
- Liaise with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to align stock levels with demand.
- Coordinate with transport teams for stock distribution or delivery.
- Handle stock-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Identify and report low stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Monitor stock expiration dates and manage returns or disposals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
